Participants in 360Ascent auction can only be registered companies. Individuals that are not business entities can’t participate. By bidding in 360Ascent auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

The starting bid will set the least amount the holds from each individual pitch can sell at. We vary the starting bids based on the products value of specific pitch. Every reasonable effort has been made to describe each item carefully. A full description of each item is posted on the bidding page for each of the pitches on auction. The Auction Committee has determined fair starting values for the items being auctioned.

Bidding starts on May 21th 2021 at 00:00 PM (CET) and closes on May 24th 2021 at 23:59 (CET). No additional bids may be placed once the auction is declared closed. The highest qualifying bid for each individual pitch wins the holds within.

Minimum bid increasement is 50,00 €. Bids must be submitted via web page only. Other requests via email, social media or any other channels won’t be accepted. Bids may not be altered or withdrawn after they are placed.

Bidders can add auction items to their watchlist. Use of this function will enable them to be notified by an e-mail when they are being outbid.

All sales are final, there are no exchanges and all items are sold “as is.” No refunds after purchase. Buyers are responsible for items once they’re claimed. The winning bid total does not include shipping cost or import taxes.

All bids are reflected in euros. Invoice will also be issued in euros. The winner will have 72 hours to remit full payment after invoice is issued. Failure of full payment results in the items going to the next highest bidder. If at the end of the auction any pitch with its corresponding holds is left unsold or unclaimed after shipping, it will be donated to non-profit climbing organization selected by company 360line.
